Our order cut of date is 15th of each month
Delivery fees & Time frame
$30.00 for all orders under $500.00 Free Delivery on Orders over $500.00
Our delivery fees are for Fraser Coast area only. Please contact us for a quote for delivery if you are ordering from outside of this area.
We will always endeavour to deliver as soon as possible, however as some items may not be in stock, extended delays may be experienced.
Average delivery is around 2-3 weeks from the 15th of each month.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed all orders must be paid in full at time of ordering
In the event of us being unable to deliver goods 45 days past the 15th day of the month of ordering, a full refund will be offered.
Refunds and Returns
We do not refund for change of mind or wrong choice.
As our products are hand made, some changes in colour, difference in sizing, and minor blemishes maybe evident
We will not accept requests for damage good refunds 3 days after receipt of product.
